COLD CALLING! With Richard Harris, sales expert! If you’re building a business in ANY industry, you’re going to cold call SOMEONE.

  • Your first calls for the day should be throwaways to get warmed up
  • Even seasoned cold callers screw it up sometimes. “OMG – You picked up the phone and I wasn’t prepared! Give me a second to get my act together over here.”
  • Just Google it. You don’t have to reinvent the wheel or make it harder than it needs to be.
  • The excuse factory runs 24/7 these days
  • You can use 9 or 10 touches. You must get at LEAST 3 “No”s
  • Take advice from your mother! It’s good for you
